Mr Ron Ulrich | Chairman

Ron Ulrich is founder and president of Breithorn Capital Management and has over 35 years of experience as an investment manager. He was a co-founder of Morgan Stanley Asset Management in 1975 and a Managing Director of the Morgan Stanley Group. In 1989, he founded Equinox Capital Management where he served as Chairman and Chief Investment Officer. Equinox oversaw over $12 Billion in assets for a variety of corporate pension plans, eleemosynary organizations, government entities, and individuals. He received a BS from Lehigh University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the New York University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Ulrich is a member of the Executive Committees of the Board of the New York Philharmonic and the Lyford Cay Club - Nassau, Bahamas. He is a member of the board of the Wildlife Conservation Society. He was formerly Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lehigh University and a trustee of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.

Mr Jon Cummings | Board Member

Jon Cummings is a Director at McKinsey & Company and has been with the firm since 1987. Jon began his career in Chicago and was in South Africa from 1994 to 2002, where he co-founded the Johannesburg Office and was the Office Manager for seven years. Jon currently is the leader of McKinsey’s Americas Packaged Goods practice and is based in New Jersey. Prior to joining McKinsey, Jon received his BA from Yale University in the U.S. and a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics in the U.K.

Mr Thomas Gallagher | Principal

Tom Gallagher is a Principal at the Scowcroft Group. Prior to joining Scowcroft, he was a Senior Managing Director and head of ISI's Policy Research Team in Washington. He was an Institutional Investor's ranked Washington analyst for 17 years, and was ranked No 1 for seven years. Prior to joining ISI in 1999, Tom spent 13 years at Lehman and eight years in the federal government. Tom graduated from the University of South Dakota in 1976, received his MPP from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government in 1978 and is a CFA charterholder.

Mr Thomas Gibian | Board Member

Tom Gibian is Chairman of Emerging Capital Partners (ECP) as well as a founding partner. Prior to this he served as chief executive officer following ECP’s spinout from EMP Global. He was Executive Director and Co-Head of Structured Finance for the Asia-Pacific Region of Goldman Sachs (Asia) Limited from 1992-1995. Tom joined Goldman Sachs in 1987 as vice president, prior to which he was with Solomon Brothers (1983-1987). Tom currently serves as Head of School at Sandy Spring Friends School in Montgomery County Maryland.

Mr Thomas Salley | Board Member

Thomas Salley is a partner in Cooley, the law firm which he joined in 1999. Prior to joining Cooley, he was a partner at Andrews & Kurth L.L.P. in Washington, DC and General Counsel of Allied Capital Corporation, a NYSE-listed investment company. Tom received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1983, and a bachelor's degree from Washington & Lee University in 1980. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center.
